Supervises subordinate technicians in locating and diagnosing malfunctions and performing technical repairs on HVAC controls, meters, and instruments. Assist/lead in troubleshooting and identifying countermeasures of system operational issues. Performs programming and commissioning on system and network-level controllers (includes graphics and custom programming logic).
