Reviews all necessary reports at least twice weekly (visit time audit report, worker productivity report, agent summary report, missed visit report, as well as other administrative reports) and takes appropriate action as necessary to ensure all provided services and programs improve coordination, quality, and continuity of patient care. Demonstrated ability to ensure appropriate infrastructure by evaluating the clinical, physical, technological, and staff resources required to ensure each clinical trial can be conducted in accordance with the study protocol, applicable policies, and regulation while ensuring participant safety.
