Salary.com conducted a survey of HR metrics which are used to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of HR policies and the impact of the HR function on organizational success. The purpose of the survey was to help participants create and track metrics for their own organizations and draw comparisons with their peers as well as interpret data patterns that aid HR decision-making and performance improvement.
