What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and genuine passion for coffee and customer service.
- Hardworking: A strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Coffee Knowledge: A solid understanding of coffee brewing techniques (pour over, aeropress etc.) espresso-based drinks, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, following our recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety guidelines are met.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Assist with inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
