Working out of our cool and funky offices in Crawley you will be joining a new dynamic team to help with our planned organic growth. Graduates are preferred but we are accepting applications from non-graduates too.

We are a “pure play” conference organiser which means we create and run B2B conferences across the Public Sector and Global 500 organisations. The forums take place in a three-day residential format in a private setting, typically an upmarket country hotel. Our clients help define the topics and themes of these meetings and which type of solutions vendors they are seeking to engage with. We gather a deep understanding of client investments criteria and future procurement strategies. Opportunities exist for both parties to network, benchmark and share best practice.
We are a circa £4.5million pound turnover privately owned organisation with entrepreneurial spirit and extremely fast growth models where opportunities are never limited and good people shine. We are a young crowd working out of trendy offices in Crawley town centre. The day-to-day job roles are broken up with lots of trips to events across the UK at top class country home venues.
The Role:
Develop relationships and engagement with CEO’s, IT and Marketing leadership teams across a wide range of organisations
Project management across multiple industries
Industry research to find companies that can help our clients and solve their problems
Design & implement outreach programmes to engage relevant stakeholders including social media, email outreach and networking
Structured consultation & presentation (MS Teams) calls with potential clients to go through their requirements and match our solutions
Attending and delivering our events at venues across the UK
Relationship building face to face at events and account management through regular engagement with your clients
Salary: £25k basic realistic OTE of £45k - £65k year 1
Location: Crawley / Gatwick (office based)

Desire to progress - The goal is to make your way to the Senior Sales Team who earn around £65k - £100k OTE per year.
Intelligence - Ideally evidenced through a university degree. If you did not go to university, that's completely fine - we would still like to hear from you if you have the required aptitude.
