The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a PRN (as needed) basis.
Responsibilities
Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
BLS Certification.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
