Job Posting for Care Team Leader at Anchor

Join us as a Care Team Leader / Senior Care Assistant at Glendale care home in Walton-on-Thames to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people who live with us at Anchor.

You'll be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs as well as dispensing medication, leading shifts, and providing training to newer colleagues. This role will give you the opportunity to use your management skills to ensure a high level of quality care is being delivered.

We are looking for someone who is customer focused, committed to delivering exceptional, high quality care and has a strong attention to detail.

While it is not imperative that you have a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, you do need to be interested in working towards it.

Please Note Anchor at this time does not provide tier 2 sponsorship, you must have the right to work in the U.K. to apply for this position.

Glendale in Walton-on-Thames is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 61 residents.   • We have a low Staff turnover and have staffs that have been committed to our service for over 30years. We have easy access from Walton station and Hersham Station. There is also a bus from Kingston, which drops you just outside the home
  • We always promoted customer independence, provide choices and support with regular activities and involving in the community, we treat our customer with respect and dignity
