Team Leader

Join us as a Team Leader at Kingfisher Court to make a real and positive difference to the lives of our residents. Kingfisher Court is a modern residential care home offering luxurious and comfortable amenities within its private landscaped gardens. Situated in the market town of Sutton-in-Ashfield, it provides premier residential and dementia care to as many as 66 residents.

Your role will include:

• caring for people with various needs
• administrating medication
• using management skills to overlook your team
• providing support and mentorship to your team

We seek an individual who is customer-oriented, dedicated to providing exceptional, high-quality care, and possesses a keen attention to detail.

Although having a Level 3 qualification in health and social care is not essential, showing an interest in working towards it is necessary.
