The role
Day to day duties
Working from a HR Shared Services platform the role involves providing the admin support for a busy shared services team.
Act as the first point of contact for all people-related queries throughout the employment lifecycle.
Provide advice on people policies, practices, and procedures. Maintain 100% accuracy in employee records within the HR system.
Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate data processing for monthly payroll.
Conducting Exit interviews.
Dealing with the administration around work permits.
Producing reports.
Ad hoc project work.
Skills & Experience
What are we looking for?
Proven experience working in a busy generalist office environment
Experience of working in a HR department would be preferred but not essential
Pro-active approach with an ability to work autonomously
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
Attention to detail and excellent communication (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
