Key Responsibilities For This Architect Role
Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
Client Engagement: Present design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize advanced design tools and software (Vectorworks) to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.
Qualifications For This Architect Role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in Vectorworks
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
