Join our fantastic nationwide team of Field Sales professionals, who are dedicated to helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) thrive in today's competitive market. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of your team in the South West, as well as developing and coaching them to create a high performing team.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy managing a team, are results focused and don't give up easily. Supported by Tech and ongoing training and development, the ideal candidate will relish in developing a team in the region they are responsible for.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Establishing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities across multiple products, such as energy, telecommunications and insurance
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting your team members, as to create a high performing team of 10
- Acting as a central point of communication between the team, peers and management and key stakeholders
- Identifying potential challenges and being proactive in flagging these, providing solutions to deliver required outcomes
- Spend 4 days per week out in the field developing team members and generating leads, and 1 day per week working from home for administrative duties
- Objectively assessing performance ad providing constructive feedback for your team members
- Meeting objectives by achieving team results, providing weekly key statistics of the team
- Managing a team of 10 field agents, spread across the South West region of England

- Target Driven/Self Motivated{{:}} You are target-driven but also customer-centric, understanding that the customer always comes before the sale. Having the ability to drive sales, whilst being customer-centric and compliant is crucial to our development.
- Clean Driver's License and Valid Car Insurance fit for business use{{:}} we require all consultants to have access to their own vehicle which we provide a monthly car allowance and fuel card for.
- 18 months sales/lead generation experience required
- 6 months leading a successful team required (Ideally B2B and lead generation within the utilities sector) but would consider experience in other fields
