Brooklands College is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge, Surrey and Ashford, Middlesex. We pride ourselves in providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.
We are looking for 2 Learning Mentors to join our new AS Retreat which is kicking off from September! As a learning mentor, you'll support, motivate and guide pupils, including gifted and talented learners, to help them overcome barriers that are preventing them from achieving their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers and other staff to identify the needs of learners who require help and plan how to support them.
The post holder will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to handle challenging behaviours and have the ability to work flexibly.
