Job Title: Head of Investment and Sustainability

Location: Hybrid Working – Offices in Dundee, Perth, and West Dunbartonshire

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £66,597 - £77,205 per annum

About the role

The Head of Investment and Sustainability is a new post which will report to our Executive Director of Operations.

You will shape the development and delivery of our new build and regeneration plans and the investment strategies for our current housing stock. You will have an important leadership role supporting the delivery of our net zero strategy, as integrating sustainability into our development and investment plans is integral to the achievement of our climate change commitments.

What you will bring

You will have demonstrated the capability to lead teams and deliver excellent results in asset management and development.

To be successful as our Head of Investment and Sustainability you will be a skilled relationship builder, keen to work visibly and provide vision, focus and direction to achieve our ambitious investment, new build and regeneration plans.

You will be forward-thinking and proactive, with extensive knowledge of property management, excellent project management capabilities, strong financial skills, the ability to identify, assess and mitigate risk, and the knowledge to integrate sustainability into new build and asset management plans.

You will lead by example, instilling a culture of collaboration, growth and improvement to shape and deliver investment that is aligned to our business priorities, and makes a positive difference to the lives of our tenants.
