Overview

Carter Rolan Group are recruiting for a full time Permanent HR Officer to work for a fantastic, thriving and fast growing manufacturing business in the B25, Birmingham area. This role is paying £23,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience. This is an on site fulltime role, Monday to Friday.

Your new HR Officer role

  • You will be supporting the HR Manager with daily HR tasks including;
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment verification letters.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage HR-related enquiries from employees and external parties.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation.
  • Recruitment administration and more

What you will need to succeed in this HR Officer role

  • An astute and capable HR administrator/officer
  • IT Literate
  • Working within a busy and fast paced environment, sometimes wearing different hats
  • Adept at meeting tight deadlines
  • A will do attitude
