Carter Rolan Group are recruiting for a full time Permanent HR Officer to work for a fantastic, thriving and fast growing manufacturing business in the B25, Birmingham area. This role is paying £23,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience. This is an on site fulltime role, Monday to Friday.
Your new HR Officer role
You will be supporting the HR Manager with daily HR tasks including;
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment verification letters.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Manage HR-related enquiries from employees and external parties.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation.

What you will need to succeed in this HR Officer role
An astute and capable HR administrator/officer
IT Literate
Working within a busy and fast paced environment, sometimes wearing different hats
Adept at meeting tight deadlines
A will do attitude
