Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading, long standing manufacturing business in their sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and secure new business across the UK.
You will identify customer needs and guide them in selecting the most suitable products and solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as a central point of contact between customers and the company, sharing valuable market information from the field and keeping an eye on the competition.
Work towards achieving the sales budget and specific annual targets set by the company.
Working closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
What will you background look like?
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Skilled in technical specification, working closely with R&D/OEM, and expanding into new markets.
Organized, autonomous, and capable of developing a targeted prospecting plan.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage complex situations.
Requires adaptability, flexibility, and a strong sense of character.
