This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a HR Administrator.
We are looking for highly organised and enthusiastic individuals with a good knowledge of administration and great customer service skills.
As a HR Administrator, you will need to:
Ensure the maintenance of complete personnel file records for all matters relating to employment and wellbeing, including Health and Safety
Document employee role & remuneration changes and maintain accurate system records relating to pay, conditions, place of work, reports, etc.
Support the delivery of processes concerning the complete employee lifecycle, including flexible working requests, 1-1 review meetings, maternity/paternity, annual leave etc .
Monitor and maintain records relating to staff progression through induction programs and long-term staff development and training plans
Monitor and maintain records relating to probationary reviews and on-going performance management processes and assist the relevant directors with appropriate documentation and follow up arrangements
Monitor, maintain and support management to appropriately act on records relating to employee attendance, sickness and conduct
Draft standard and bespoke letters relating to employment issues
Support the Directors when they undertake any formal performance, capability, disciplinary, grievance or appeal meetings
Attend formal and informal meetings and produce accurate notes records of these meetings
Answer, after taking advice where appropriate, employment queries from staff
Maintain staff guides and company documents in accordance with external advisors recommendations and current legislation relating to company contract policy and HR regulations
Maintain and develop documentation, marketing guides and knowledge resource information relating to the training and personal development of employees
Manage and develop company schemes and initiatives that relate to employee benefits and working arrangements. E.g. staff incentive schemes
The ideal candidate will:
Have the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that ensure results are achieved effectively and efficiently when dealing with matters that require actions from advisors or internal colleagues with can do attitude
Be able to take contemporaneous notes to a high standard
Be Diplomatic and discreet – to be trusted to deal with highly confidential issues
Have excellent administrator with a high degree of written accuracy, grammar and attention to detail
Be highly flexible and adaptable with a pro-active can do attitude; is willing to support operational directors with any operational need
Be articulate with excellent communication skills. Is able to deal with difficult and complex situations sensitively yet firmly
Have the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that ensure results are achieved effectively and efficiently when dealing with matters that require actions from advisors or internal colleagues
Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise ensuring that the Managing Director and other team member’s expectations are always met
Have good PC skills across all Office packages
Be able to anticipates needs, pre-empts problems and notifies the appropriate Director in order to swiftly resolve issues
Be proactive task list management to ensure that projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
