We are looking for a Growth and Partnerships Graduate to undertake a number of specific and bespoke projects and tasks to help CHP deliver our mission of transforming lives. As a CHP Graduate, you will ensure that the needs of the customer are met by providing the best quality of service at all times. This will be a Fixed term contract ending in 2026.
What You'll Be Doing
In your role as Growth and Partnerships Graduate at CHP, you will work across four different teams in the first year, then choose which area to specialise in for the second year of your contract.
During your time with our Strategic Regeneration and Growth teams you’ll build relationships with contractors and developers to find new site opportunities which are suitable to build property on.
When working with our New Homes Team you’ll support the project management of construction sites and handle the management of defects.
With our Sales and Commercial Lettings Team, you’ll be involved with sales and marketing; dealing with potential buyers, marketing various products and assisting with sale enquiries.
Across each area you’ll have involvement in existing live projects and support new projects as they develop. You’ll interact with stakeholders and will support our partnerships work with for-profit housing providers, helping us to achieve our growth strategy.
