We have an exciting vacancy for a Project Assistant to support the delivery of the Local Landscapes & Hidden Histories project, which focuses on Lincoln's heritage green spaces, delivering activities, developing an online archive and encouraging people to engage with these special places. The project is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The role is part time (15hrs per week) and fixed term until 31/07/2026.

Key responsibilities:
- Work under the general direction of the Community Engagement Officer (CEO) to provide a professional, efficient and proactive administrative project support role to the Lincoln Green Museum project.
- To provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Project Team to accomplish the aims of the project.
- To ensure that administrative deadlines are met, to keep accurate and comprehensive records and to facilitate the smooth running of the project.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to find creative solutions, including the use of IT systems to record and analyse data.
- Excellent prioritisation, organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, being responsive, proactive and versatile.
- A good standard of English and Maths – to GCSE A-C level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (face to face and written, with individuals and groups).
