We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Regional Office Manager to join our team, based in our Regional Office in Birchwood, Warrington. About the Role: As a Regional Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our regional office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting the executive team, and maintaining a productive work environment. Your role will be key in supporting the broader team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the continued growth and success of Alderley Group and Alderley Partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Oversee all administrative functions of the regional office, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that all office equipment is functioning properly. You will be responsible for maintaining an organised and efficient office environment. Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to perform their roles effectively. You will assist in organising team events, meetings, and training sessions. Office Management: Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that the office operates within the allocated budget. You will also be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers and service providers. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the office complies with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining up-to-date records, conducting regular safety checks, and implementing any necessary improvements. Onboarding and Training: Support the HR department in onboarding new employees, including preparing induction materials, setting up workstations, and facilitating introductory training. You will also assist in organising ongoing training and development for current employees. Project Support: Provide administrative support for various projects, including coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and assisting with project reporting. What You’ll Need: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or property development industry. Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels of the organisation. Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate office needs and implement solutions efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software and systems. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks and documentation.
