About Us: We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new, state-of-the-art high street Reformer Pilates studio in Gidea Park, Essex. Our studio is designed to provide a serene and motivating environment for clients to achieve their fitness goals through Reformer Pilates.

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and skilled Reformer Pilates instructors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting group classes up to a maximum of 8 clients ensuring each client receives personalized attention and achieves their fitness objectives.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Sport, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, or related field
• OR REPs Level 3 Personal Training certification
• OR a Pilates qualification or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:

• Conducting high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Providing modifications and progressions to accommodate clients of all levels
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients during sessions
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment

Requirements:

• A vibrant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Experience working with diverse client needs, including athletes, pre and postnatal clients, and individuals undergoing rehabilitation
