What You'll Do:

This is a fixed-term contract from September/October 2024.

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the EMEA Enterprise Team as Client Lead with a focus on retail and commerce media monetization. In this role you will be accountable for key retailer relationships within the region and will lead the commercial partnerships supporting key retailers as they seek a profitable strategy in eCommerce, supporting the expansion of their media business, consulting them on strategy and evangelizing Retail Media throughout their organization.

You are expected to lead and develop the strategy and execution for a small number of leading retailers in [market] to ensure the long-term success and revenue growth. This role is responsible for building new and deepening existing strategic relationships. You will be responsible for driving growth to educate clients and foster new product adoption. In doing so, you will play a leadership role and interact with senior level decision-makers on the client side to define media strategies and leveraging all of Criteo’s Retail Media solutions. You will also own the revenue line for your portfolio and lead the engagement and on-boarding with your customers. You will be supported by a cross-functional team of technical managers, analysts and ad operations.

  • Be an inclusive, respectful and trustworthy business partner for your clients
  • Drive a positive and strong can-do attitude by setting and executing a clear vision and strategy for your retailers. Create a focus on the customer and build a broad knowledge of our technology, roadmap, commercial strategies, and retailer solutions.
  • Engage strategically with your clients and represent Criteo promoting an understanding of retail media and commerce media across the business unit to position the company as leaders in the space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with your clients and other relevant stakeholders of the industry
  • Focus on working closely with our technical and commercial teams to drive value and growth for the retailers in your portfolio. You will hold the strategic plan by retailer and will need to collaborate across the business to deliver on their goals and educating your clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive demand to action and grow existing business
  • Develop and present QBRs and yearly business plans that align with the clients technical and commercial roadmap
  • Navigate retailers’ organization and have strategic conversations with stakeholders across varies teams (merchants, product, finance, ecommerce, etc.)
  • Forecast revenue opportunities and achieve quarterly revenue goals.

Who You Are:

  • You've got proven experience as a Senior Account Manager and/or client facing role within digital marketing, online advertising or e-commerce field
  • You have experience working with retailers and or complex and ambitious clients who expect a deep partnership that generates results.
  • Great team player eager to work in an international environment
  • You have sold SaaS technologies in the past
  • Ability to think outside of the box and develop creative customer solutions
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
  • Natural ability to translate business opportunities into convincing commercial models
