Position:

As an Associate you will learn whilst on the job, working on real projects and interacting closely with senior stakeholders of the business including clients. To support your career development at CZ you will participate in workshops and learning activities aimed at providing a well-rounded knowledge of your role, Cz and the supply chain industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.
  • To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.
  • To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.
  • To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.

Changes in the business may occasionally require alterations in this job description and these will be agreed with the post holder as appropriate.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:

Essential:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant subject
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Business level fluency in English and one other language (written and verbal).
  • A genuine passion and interest for supply chain management.
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving
  • Resourceful, innovative and proactive
  • Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally
