We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Leeds studio on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). You’ll lend your skills to everything from invoicing to purchase orders. Level-headed, adaptable, and passionate, you’ll bring a collaborative approach to the table.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
Proactively managing and requesting purchase orders from clients
Keeping our in-house system up-to-date with purchase order details
Taking full ownership of processing payments for planning applications and maintaining records on Excel
Raising invoices with precision using Xero
Requirements
Proven expertise in Xero and Excel
A sharp eye for detail, with strong organisational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environment
Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships
