The Role
As a Seniour Practitioner, your role will be varied, you will be helping book potential clients who are interested in our online campaigns on social media and help convert them into booking in. You will communicate with students online for upcoming aesthetic courses. You will be performing advanced aesthetic procedures and synergising various treatments to yield optimal outcomes whilst maintaining and developing our standards of excellence.
You will ensure an excellent standard of customer care at all times, monitoring the client’s journey from start to finish and ensure full client satisfaction by offering expert advice on skincare and post treatment care. You will have a strong background in skin treatments and a passion to deliver results to achieve optimum skin health.
Responsibilities:
To carry out high quality and professional laser and skin treatments in accordance with company protocols.
To carry out or participate in, skin and laser consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatment packages and homecare products.
To deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments.
To promote & recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and future treatment planning.
To be considered for this position you must possess the following Essential /Desirable skills and experience:

Proven experience in maximizing clinic revenue through selling treatment plans and homecare products.
