We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Field Manager to join our dynamic team in Richmond, London. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, manage a dedicated team, and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of IT support technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
Provide on-site technical support to clients in and around the Richmond London area, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Configure and implement Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards across client environments.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and VLANs.
Implement and administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments, including group policies and security policies.
Implement and administer Azure cloud services for client solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
Manage client builds and imaging processes.
Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
Maintain adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all levels.
Identify and communicate potential issues or improvements to the team and management.
Assist in project management, resource allocation, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Benefits:
£45,000 - £60,000 per year depending on experience.
40 days paid holiday annually.

Requirements:
Valid driving license and own vehicle essential for travel to client sites.
