This is a role which can be completed as a consultancy position, or equally a role which can be based on site with an element of project management.

Skills / Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ preparation skill
• Cost Planning skill
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
