The Role: In this pivotal role, you'll wear many hats, but the core of your mission will be to drive strategic growth within the professional channel. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing a B2B channel plan that targets key areas like dental practices, corporate groups and dealers. This includes crafting promotional plans, setting targets and leading a team of passionate sales professionals. Here's a glimpse into what your days might look like: Collaborating with the SLT to define and execute a B2B channel plan that maximizes sales, distribution and brand advocacy among dental professionals. Providing day-to-day leadership and support to your sales team, ensuring they have clear objectives, feel empowered and are consistently motivated to achieve success. Developing and implementing training programs to equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. Fostering relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the dental industry and overseeing the planning of educational programs. Working closely with marketing to ensure seamless execution of industry exhibitions. Overseeing the sales budget and targets, analysing data and preparing reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. The Ideal Candidate: Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams. Existing relationships within the dental professional network, particularly with corporate dental groups and dental dealers would be a strong advantage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Deep understanding of the oral care industry and a passion for innovative products. Strategic mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and a drive for results. Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
