Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and tenacious customer service representative to be responsible for our customers who have applied for a Government grant to improve their home's energy efficiency. Focusing on qualifying and educating customers, a successful representative has excellent communication skills. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of customer communication and conversion.
Duties:- To ensure customers who have expressed an interest in improving the energy efficiency of their home are contacted within a timely manner. Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, diary management and document preparation- Manage and update customer databases- Manage and Coordinate assessments on the properties- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Support the team in achieving a smooth journey for customers from initial call all the way through to install.
Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal- Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently.
