Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated technical support and service to the school community.
• Manage access and group policies for systems such as Active Directory, Share Point, Office 365, Adobe CC, Citrix, Cashless Catering Systems, VMWare, Google Workspace, Paxton Access Control, and Papercut.
• Ensure compliance and IT security standards are met.
• Organize and maintain IT resources, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with staff and students, providing excellent customer service and technical assistance.
• Work flexibly to meet the dynamic needs of the school environment.
