Eggslut is a chef driven, gourmet food concept founded in Los Angeles in 2011. It’s inspired by a true love for eggs. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodie through classic comfort fare with a twist. All-encompassing our key ingredient, eggs.
In August 2019 we opened the first restaurant in Europe – London, PORTOBELLO ROAD. In July 2020 and September 2021 we opened FITZROVIA and SHOREDITCH stores, and now with the 4th store in VICTORIA and STRATFORD store opening soon!

CREW MEMBER
Overall Responsibilities:
• Ensure guests are served with our best service standards
• Have an excellent understanding of Eggslut’s food and drinks menus
• Take correct orders from the guests
• Ensure tables are cleared and kept tidy throughout service
• Ensure waiters stations are stocked before, during and after service
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times
• Deal with customers in a friendly, warm, courteous, and professional way at all times
• Constantly exceed expectations with fun and friendly customer service
• Happily assist staff from other departments when requested
