My Client is recruiting for a Design Manager in the Water Sector
We are looking for talented Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineers who want to lead project teams, and deliver innovative solutions that benefit the communities in which we work and support.

Our strategy within the Water Sector for 2024 and beyond is creating a number of new exciting opportunities in the business. We partner with the top water clients across the UK&I, work on some of the largest, most iconic water projects in the industry and we promise to design with community in mind by reducing environmental impacts and improving social value.
Currently, we are looking for Design Managers with a background in one of more of the following disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering, to join our team in the southeast. As Design Manager, you will play a fundamental role within the delivery of our projects identifying innovative and sustainable solutions, plan technical delivery, and lead the multidisciplinary team from concept stage through to delivery. You will work alongside the Project Manager ensuring best value and client service excellence is at the core of everything we do. You will have access to the company's world-class expertise to help you deliver leading edge designs that support the industries challenges and drive to achieve NetZero by 2050.
Experience And Qualifications
Experience in leading and inspiring Engineers to drive through challenging solutions.
To be considered for this role, you will be a degree qualified (or equivalent) engineer and you will ideally be chartered, or a member of a relevant engineering institution
Significant experience in the Water Sector
A background in design in either Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Process Engineering
