Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a new and challenging opportunity? We are working with a leading multi-disciplinary Main Contractor who excel in the delivery of projects on a scale which range in value up to £100m.

About The Role Of Project Manager

This role will see you leading a newly awarded project with a diverse team from inception to successful handover. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution ensuring that the project meets the client expectations.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Lead and manage the project from cradle to grave

Develop programmes and risk management strategies

Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality assurance

Act as the primary point of contact for the client

Understanding the contract requirements as set out by the tender documentation and understanding the project conditions of the contract

Requirements for the Project Manager

Strong on Project programming and delivery

Previously worked on successfully delivering projects over £20m in the commercial or industrial sector

Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
