ABOUT THE ROLE The company's Surveyors play a critical role in the business, taking full responsibility for the development and execution of all pre and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting.
They ensure the successful management of their assigned work packages or projects, working closely with customers and industry experts to enhance value, ensure compliance, and uphold the highest standards of commercial viability and best practices. As a Project Surveyor, you will: * Contribute to the development of project commercial strategies and manage your subcontract packages, ensuring alignment with both internal and external tender strategies. * Maximise project cashflow through effective commercial management. * Participate in relevant project procurement strategies, focusing on issuing tender enquiries, package reconciliations, and producing subcontract orders. * Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
