Your role will be crucial in maintaining audit readiness and driving continuous improvements in food safety and quality management systems.
Ideal Profile
Experienced in a similar role within the food manufacturing sector, preferably in non-meat food products
Familiar with GMP standards, with a track record of managing quality assurance teams
Robust knowledge of food industry regulations and standards, including HACCP
Strong experience with retail interactions
Proven experience leading low risk and high care environments
Experience providing expertise in improving the quality of products
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of food safety practices and ensure all sites comply with relevant legislation and customer codes of practice
Manage and develop the Quality team across all locations to guarantee high-standard product manufacturing
Lead HACCP and TACCP systems in alignment with legislative and customer demands
Maintain rigorous auditing programs to uphold top-tier food safety and product integrity
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and customers, serving as the primary technical contact
Manage customer and regulatory audits, striving for excellence in all evaluations
Collaborate with the NPD and Process teams to ensure optimal product and process development
