Envirocall Ltd are looking for a full time administrator/scheduler to join our current team. The successful candidate would be expected to work from 08.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday Full Time. The role involves answer telephone, taking and scheduling orders from clients, schedule operatives to attend appointments, managing a diary system, ensuring completed paperwork is sent to clients once work has been completed, assisting work colleagues when they are busy. Candidates must be able to work as part of a team but also will have responsibility for their own area, have a good knowledge of excel ,word and Outlook although full training on the system will be given.
