Head of FP&A - 100% remote

Equifind have partnered with a for profit social enterprise that recycles goods to fight pollution and put profits back in to developing countries. This Head of FP&A /Commercial finance role can be 100% remote but please only apply if you have SAAS (Subscriptions) or a Marketing background within FP&A. The countries you can work from are either the UK, South Africa, Africa.

The firm has an impressive revenue of £30m, an experienced CFO who has taken multiple businesses through exits and is majority privately owned with an entrepreneur who wants to scale it to a £1Bn business.

The role:

• Responsible for the production of the budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis including the continuous improvement of the existing budget and reporting system and models
• Redefining subscription models, custom acquisition KPI trends
• Manage cashflow and capital forecasting
• Enhance reporting quality, insights and automation
• Restructuring the business with the CFO
• Partner with divisional management and business analysts, to deliver insightful analysis to the wider business
• Represent the FP&A team at the divisional business management committee meetings
• Review daily dashboard and weekly management reports
• Support implementation of a new financial planning system, ensuring successful delivery and use to improve the quality, rigour and speed of our analysis
• Ad hoc projects, modelling requests direct for the CEO/Owner

Essentials:

Must be based in: UK, South Africa, Africa.

Must have a commercial and analytical mind set

Experience in a subscription business, SAAS or Marketing only

100% remote working
