Ermanno Scervino Maison founded in 2000 in Florence, has become a synonym of Made in Italy quality and International style. In 2007 the headquarter was opened in the hilly environs of Florence. The atelier, research and prototype laboratories, knitwear and finished garments departments are grouped together in the new premises so that they are constantly in sync with the brands style concepts. The Sales Associate is responsible for escorting the customer through the sales ritual, upholding the brand characteristics while exhibiting impeccable professionalism and knowledge of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the Company
- Perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
- Organize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelines
- Keep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRM
- Ensure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special events
- Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standards
- Take an active role in inventory. Participate in goods receiving and ensure quality control
- Be aware of the sales plan and coordinate constantly with coworkers in order to guarantee an atmosphere that is in keeping with the brand image
- Gather feedback from customers on the collection and communicate it to the Store Manager
Profile:
- Luxury fashion sales experience
