We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team, working on a major dirty water recycling project. This project spans multiple depots in Milton Keynes, Corby, and Ipswich and is expected to continue through 2026. Competitive salary and benefits are available based on experience.
About The Role Of Estimator
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately forecasting costs and preparing detailed estimates for the ongoing dirty water recycling project. The project will involve civil works, and your expertise will be key to ensuring financial efficiency and resource management. You will be based out of depots in Milton Keynes, Corby, and Ipswich, and work closely with the project team across all sites.
Responsibilities For Estimator
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for all aspects of the dirty water recycling project.
Utilise Primavera P6 to manage scheduling and project timelines.
Conduct risk assessments, cost analysis, and provide input on procurement strategies.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure financial control and adherence to budgets.
Requirements For Estimator
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in estimating within the civils sector.
Experience working on water-related projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 is essential.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple depot locations (Milton Keynes, Corby, Ipswich).
