Assistant Accountant

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Accountant based in Altens, Aberdeen.

This is a permanent position, working Part Time hours of circa 20 - 25 hours per week.

Main duties include:

• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing weekly rolling cashflow projections
• Monthly trial balance analysis
• Preparing monthly flash sales figures
• Assisting with quarterly Management Information packs.
• Assisting with quarterly and annual audits
• Assisting with annual corporation tax packs
• Full payroll process
• Auto-enrolment pension.
  
  

Suitable candidates should have the following:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and other computerized systems
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Sage would be beneficial
  
  

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK
