We have opportunities for two Part Time Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Dereham.

Both vacancies offer 20 hours per week and a great work/life balance. And guess what? No weekend work - it's Monday to Friday! Each position will have working hours of 10am - 3pm and the required pattern is either Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. (Please specify days preferred in your application)


As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they reach out to us. Whether it's via email, live chat, or over the phone, you'll be there to provide outstanding service, record all the details accurately on our IT systems, and help resolve a wide range of queries.


Do you enjoy listening, do you naturally empathise, and excel at providing clear advice? Love going the extra mile for customers? Then we'd love to hear from you! You'll need to be comfortable using a range of IT systems and have a good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).


In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £26,208.00 per annum (£14,166.48 pro rata) and a benefits package that includes:
