Regional Senior Manager (Wastewater Services)

We are seeking an experienced candidate for this role as a Regional Senior Manager for wastewater services leading all staff across a specific region.

Regional Senior Manager (Wastewater Services) - Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years wastewater industry experience which must include management of field teams and project rollout
• Experience of wastewater network surveys
• Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Ideally a Degree or HND in a relevant discipline
• Full UK driving licence
• You will have excellent customer facing skills and be happy in a role that will require travel to client sites as and when required
• You should be willing to travel regularly spending on average 1 night a week away from home

As a total data solution provider, installation and maintenance of this equipment is fundamental to the business.

Regional Senior Manager (Wastewater Services) - The Role & Main Responsibilities

General

• Managing project resources and implementing agreed strategic approaches and plans for clients across the the wider Mid-UK region
• Monitoring and reporting the progress of projects
• Working closely with clients in the creation and implementation of instrumentation maintenance strategies
• Ensuring all budgets are tracked and monitored at a regional level and ensure this is fully communicated with the clients
• Site visits to review options/viability
• Authority over key project decisions and alterations to resources or project goals.
• Accountable for the delivery of project objectives and goals in line with customer requirements
• Quality control and verification of data submitted by Analysts and Senior Project Engineers.
• Ordering additional manufacturer parts and spares as required for distribution to regional teams
• Review modelled scheme proposals and validate real world potential and feasibility
• Selection and allocation of staff across the framework to ensure regional targets are met and that each region has an adequate level of staff experience
• Promotion of Health and Safety to ensure safe working practices to protect not only direct reporting staff but also external sub-contractors and the general public
• Responsible for all traffic management safety procedures
