Contracts Manager

I have been asked to find 2 Contracts Managers- Both for groundworks/RC contractors- to 120k (with room for negotiation)plus a package and bonus scheme for London and South East and London/NW/SW.

This is for 2 different contractors. One of them is based in the home Counties (Bucks) and the other is near Luton. Projects for the first contractor will be in London and occasionally Manchester/Bristol and the for the second, all their work is in the home counties and London outskirts.

They both have a mixture of commercial and residential sites and I need candidates who have a successful track record at this level or are at Senior PM level and looking to step up.

For the contractor based near Luton, experience of groundworks/RC works for the Ministry of Defence would be very useful also.

The packages on offer are at a level that should be attractive and more importantly youll be joining established, successful businesses with secured turnover. One is part of a group turning over £120 m and the other is slightly lower but again is growing.
