Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the school’s operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and student affairs.
- Foster a positive school culture that encourages academic excellence and personal growth among students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the community to enhance educational programmes and student support services.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve academic performance and behaviour.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and professional development opportunities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and policies while promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Organise school events, meetings, and activities that engage students, parents, and the wider community.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in education or school leadership is essential.
- Proven experience in an educational setting, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of educational best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
- Ability to educate others through mentorship and guidance while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple priorities effectively.
