Working at the heart of our operations, the Quality Assurance and Complaints Manager will take charge of ensuring that all aspects of housing management, compliance, and complaints resolution are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Whether you are updating the Risk Register, producing key performance reports for the board, managing safeguarding compliance, or addressing complaints from residents, you will be crucial in maintaining the high standards we are known for.
To qualify: You should be a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance and Complaints Manager / Compliance Manager / QA Manager / Housing Manager / Complaints Coordinator or similar, who can demonstrate:
Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of national and international standards and legislation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using information technology systems.
- Experience in housing management or a related field (desirable).
