Junior E-Commerce Retoucher

Join us as a Junior E-commerce Retoucher in our creative brand studio team to help deliver high volume of imagery that accurately represents the quality of our products and appeals to our Gymshark customers, thereby driving online sales.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Retoucher who is starting out on their career journey and wants to gain further exposure within an ecommerce business.

• You will have the opportunity to be responsible for image editing and retouching a full range of products for display on our e-commerce website, and meeting set daily KPIs - putting you at the heart of our rapid growth into a billion-dollar global business.
• This role is genuinely important to our business performance – accurately colour matching our product, minimising returns and customer complaints and ensuring all images meet the brand’s quality standards and guidelines.
• Our team and remit is rapidly growing with the business, and the opportunities to test and learn, educate and build relationships are endless
• We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset alongside the BAU activities.
• The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.
  
  
  

And heres what we are looking for from you:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
• Time management and organizational skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• A methodical approach and a strong eye for detail
• Be willing to learn and develop your skills to reach brands high standards
• Knowledge of digital imaging flows
• Confidence in using a Wacom Tablet
