We are a small team, currently punching above our weight in terms of contractor numbers and annual revenue, on a journey to scale significantly over the coming two years.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our business operations continue to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide advice and guidance to our staff, contractors, clients, and supply chain on compliance matters and liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework covering Conduct Regs, AWR, IR35, data protection, ISO 9001, umbrella company audits to ensure supply chain compliance, background screening and security clearance, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
Maintain records of contracts and legal agreements, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Maintaining schedule of insurances and supporting the annual renewal process.
