A well established and growing organisation based in Maidstone. We are seeking an experienced administrator to join them.
Your new role
Within the admin team, you will provide administrative support to investment managers and clients, ensure workflow is kept up-to-date, attend weekly meetings, liaise with clients regarding payment instructions and manage files all in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
