You will be working as site manager working for a large company within the Lincoln area. The project will be managing works for an existing building and the external areas that are being rebuilt. There are a number of existing buildings and you will be required to bring them up to current regulations.
You will be working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
The day rate is £300 PAYE - £350 Umbrella.
The role is to start ASAP and is for 6 months with the potential for it to be extended.
As a Site Manager overseeing a refurbishment project, your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of the project. You’ll be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the refurbishment process. This includes liaising effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, and managing the on-site workforce, including subcontractors. Your expertise will be crucial in procuring necessary materials and equipment, monitoring build costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, maintaining accurate records, conducting quality inspections, and fostering a positive work environment are integral parts of your responsibilities. Overall, your dedication to quality, safety, and efficient project management will contribute significantly to the successful completion of the refurbishment endeavour.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will need good building compliance and regulations experience, understanding of minimum standards and current regulations.
You will need SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and be required to complete a basic DBS.
