Job Title: Administrative Worker (Data Entry & Document Management)

Salary: £23,797.60 per year Potential for Commission After 3-Month Probation Period

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and fast-paced Administrative Worker to join our dynamic team at HMSECO. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, with a primary focus on data entry and document management. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-speed and accurate data entry into our systems, ensuring all information is updated promptly and correctly.
  • Organize, file, and manage digital and physical documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and other documentation as required.
  • Support the administrative team with day-to-day tasks (which include cleaning), and ensuring smooth workflow within the office.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Offer suggestions to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)/Google Suite and data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Language Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
