Role: Domiciliary Care Worker

Pay: £13.00 per hour plus paid travel time at £13 per hour and 45p mileage

Location: Cowden, West Sussex

We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated home carers to come and support our growing home care business, Homelium. We’re looking for individuals who have a passionate and caring nature, looking to work for a company where everything you do has the potential to touch lives!

***We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth £250 if they are successful and complete probation***

***Successful candidates must be subject to a minimum average of 30 hours worked per week with the availability to do alternate weekends.***

Role Responsibilities

  • Aiding with resident’s personal hygiene
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities such as serving meals and feeding, dressing, general assistance with comfort etc.
  • Providing companionship for our clients
  • Supporting with administering medication
  • Updating care plans
  • Upholding a strong level of clinical standards the high standards of Nayberle, including undergoing required training and development

Skills and Experience

  • You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care… Quality care is a must!
  • You will have strong communication and organizational skills
  • You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
  • Be willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
  • No experience needed as full training will be provided.
